Our quotes are valid for 14 days and payments are expected on the following terms:
- 50% on acceptance of the quote and receipt of the purchase order
- 40% on installation
- 10% on handover completion
Please note that because our solutions are client specific, we will need at least 7 working days preparation time, after acceptance, before preparation will commence on your quote. This ensures that:
- Our solution is properly prepared,
- Implementation correctly planned and
- Drafting of your handover manuals are done.
